Karen Anne Smith
Mabuhay and Kumusta! I’m Karen Anne Smith, an IT professional by day and a passionate gardener by... well, any chance I get! With a background in risk management, compliance, federal policy, and project management, I'm no stranger to tackling challenges head-on, whether it's in the boardroom or in my vegetable garden. When I'm not busy ensuring things run smoothly at work, you'll likely find me enjoying the simpler things in life—raising three boys(I’m not a tiger mom although my husband thinks otherwise), digging in the dirt, advocating for neurodiversity, tending to my chickens, or cheerfully waving in the lower school carline every morning. I’m excited to bring my blend of preparedness and positivity to the FCAFM community, helping us grow and flourish together.
Kate Wallis
Hello! I'm a mom of four kids here at Founders (Emma-6th, Ellie-4th, Ethan-2nd, Emory-K), and excited to serve as the Vice President of PSO. My academic background includes a degree in Accounting and an MBA, but you'll most likely find me either in the garden growing my small flower business, shuttling kids to different activities, or cheering them on from the sidelines of a sporting event. Go Owls!
Jamie Lamb
Hey y'all! My name is Jamie Lamb and I am excited to be serving as the PSO treasurer for the next two years! I have three children: my oldest is currently in 2nd grade, while my boys are still at home with me (ages 4 & 2). Our family loves this school, and it is a privilege to serve on this board to help improve and support our campus and faculty.

Hi there! I’m a proud mom of two incredible Fighting Owls at Founders Classical Academy! This school and its amazing community have become a second family to me. From the friendships I’ve built to the opportunities to give back, I’m all in when it comes to supporting FCA. By day, I’m a hairstylist, helping people look and feel their best, and I’m excited to bring that same passion for service to our school. Looking forward to jumping in wherever I can and making a difference!
Natalie O'Donnell
Hi! I’m Natalie and am a proud boy mom all the way: Cole (7th at Forestwood Middle School in LISD); Levi (2nd) and John David (Kinder) here at Founders! I’m honored to be the Communication Chair for the PSO and have a passion for organizing and planning logistics. I have a degree in Communication with a minor in Business from Texas A&M (WHOOP!) and have worked at Southwest Airlines for the last 17 years! When I’m not making a spreadsheet, you can find me cheering on the sidelines of one of my kiddos sporting events! Go Owls!
